Governance

The UK Commission for Employment and Skills holds meetings periodically throughout the year with Commissioners to consider major strategic issues affecting the Commission. Charlie Mayfield is Chairman of the UK Commission and chairs full meetings of the Commission.  

There are generally four meetings each year and you can access the meeting minutes from previous meetings on this website.

We are fully committed to public sector transparency.  On our website you can view:

  • financial data - reporting all spend over £500 (from April 2011, in 10/11 this was all spend over £25k).
  • performance reporting - our internal performance reports from 2010/11 onwards.
  • staff data - our organisational chart and pay data.
