It is based on in-depth research and interviews with key employers, stakeholders and staff of the five Trailblazer organisations: Cogent, Skillset, Skillfast, Lantra and Skillsmart. The report reviews progress made so far, and makes recommendations for on-going evaluation and short-term improvements in the way the Network is developed.
