Energy and Utility Skills: Generating Skills Investment through Supply Chain Collaboration
Through this investment, Energy and Utility Skills will create a step change in the scale and efficiency in skills investment by the sector’s supply chain.
A ‘Company Skills System’ will be developed which will enable businesses to identify upcoming skill needs and the solutions to acquire those skills. The SSC’s Workforce Planning Model will also be implemented in the supply chain, together with client/contractor skills collaborations.

- Establish 15 Company Skills Systems for supply chain partnerships by 2015-16
- Accredit 90 new Recognised Learning Programmes by 2015-16
- Deliver 24,500 recognised learning outcomes by 2015-16
