Skillset: Creative Solutions

skillsetThrough 'Creative Solutions', Skillset will design, develop, test and launch a range of products and services specifically aimed at employers and individuals in the creative industries.

Through development and implementation Skillset will drive investment and increase skill levels by ensuring employers and professionals are supported with the tools, advice and guidance needed.

Return on Investment

  • 20% increase in investment in training and development from employers supported by the service by 2015.
  • 10% reduction in employers reporting skills gaps by 2015.
  • The proportion of employers UK-wide who invest in training and development will increase from 47% (in 2010)* to 60% by March 2014.
