Skills For Health: Role redesign for Support Workers

sfhThis Skills For Health project will help workers in the health sector work more innovatively across traditional boundaries.

The investment will help employers facilitate this flexibility by the development of quality assured role templates with linked learning outcomes that offer a shorter and less costly development path for employers, education providers and Awarding Organisations who want to develop new and extended roles.
