Evaluation of the Trailblazer Phase of the SSC Network - Research Report 2 June 2003 This report evaluates the success of the Trailblazer phase of the Sector Skills Council network. It is based on in-depth research and interviews with key employers, stakeholders and staff of the five Trailblazer organisations.
