Biography
Rachel joined the UK Commission for Employment and Skills in May 2010. Previously she worked at the Home Office analysing crime and policing data, then at the Border and Immigration Agency working on unaccompanied asylum seeking children claims. More recently, she worked at the Legal Services Commission in the focusing on family legal aid policy. She holds a BSc Sociology degree from the University of Surrey, Guildford.
