A director will look into your complaint and make a decision based on their own findings. They will write to you with results of the investigation within 15 working days.

If it’s not possible to give a full response within this time, we’ll write to you to explain why there’s a delay, what we are doing to investigate the complaint, and when you can expect a full reply.

If you’re not satisfied with the response from a corporate director, you should write to our chief executive and explain why. The chief executive aims to respond to all complaints within 20 working days.

If you’re not satisfied with our response to your complaint, contact the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
