LMI think pieces
The UK Commission commissioned a number of leading academic experts to undertake ‘think pieces’, setting out how, in their view, current sources of LMI in the UK might be improved.
The think pieces examined the key question of whether available data, specifically data relating to employment and skills, in the UK is fit for purpose. The think pieces look at data either on employers or on individuals.
The themes raised in the papers were discussed at two workshops held with LMI practitioners from across the UK.
