Review and analysis of the contribution employers can make to career guidance

The overall aim of the work is to review and analyse the evidence available about how employers can best contribute to career guidance that supports unemployed people to enter and progress through work.

The work is being carried out by The International Centre for Guidance Studies at the University of Derby in partnership with the Policy Research Institute at Leeds Metropolitan University. To make sure that we identify a wide range of good practice a literature review will be carried out along with a call for evidence.
