Cogent: Process Industries
Establishing the Gold Standard as the Process Industry standard for skills and its de facto voluntary ‘Licence to Practise’.
The three main activities are:
- Expanding the Gold Standard Framework into new sectors
- Developing further Quality Assured Training Solutions
- Mechanisms for embedding the Gold Standard
Return on Investment
- Development of 20 new Gold Standards, LMI for the new sectors, and new training solutions for the process industries
- 100 companies in the new sectors pledged to using the Gold Standard
- 10% year on year growth in take up of Gold standard QCF qualifications
- Employer investment, by new sectors and in new training, of £3.13M by end of year 2
