Fiona Kendrick has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nestlé UK and Ireland since 1 October 2012. She is the first woman to head up the UK and Ireland business which has a turnover of £2.7billion and employs 8,000 people across 23 sites in the UK and Ireland. She joined Nestlé UK in 1980 as a commercial graduate in the Frozen Food Division.
Fiona worked in a number of management roles before becoming Managing Director of the UK Beverage Division in 2001. In 2008, Fiona joined Nestlé S.A. in Switzerland in a global role managing the strategy for Nestlé Beverage brands including NESCAFÉ, Milo and Nesquik.
