The UK Commission’s Employer Perspectives Survey
The UK Commission’s Employer Perspectives Survey (UKCEPS) is a major survey of UK employers, looking at how they meet their skills requirements and in particular their perceptions and use of external skills and employment services.
Topics covered in the survey include recruitment, training provision, vocational qualifications and apprenticeships. Each year the survey also covers specific areas of policy interest. In the latest survey this included questions on work placements and the recruitment of young people.
The UKCEPS 2012
The UKCEPS 2012 is the most recent survey in the series. The survey gathered the views of 15,000 employers from across the UK, and was published in December 2012.
